Consultan ENT Surgeon (Otolaryngology)

Dr. Pascal obtained his undergraduate degree, MBBS, from the University of the West Indies in 1986. He subsequently did Postgraduate training in Surgery of the Ear, Nose and Throat (Otolaryngology) in France and in the UK, where he became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh ( FRCS Ed) in his specialty. With many years experience in ENT surgery Dr. Pascal offers his specialist expertise in several Caribbean islands, including his native Island Dominica, as well as in Anguilla and here in the BVI.

On each visit to BVI, Dr. Pascal holds clinic at Eureka and when necessary performs ENT surgery at the affiliated Bougainvillea Clinic.

By choosing Dr. Pascal for ENT services here in the BVI patients have the following advantages, which were hitherto not available to them:

1. Acceptance of their Medical Insurance upfront by Eureka Medical Clinic for coverage of the ENT Surgeon’s fees, i.e., same as with seeing other Eureka based doctors.

2. Patients can now have any necessary ENT surgery performed right here in the BVI rather than having to go off-island for it. Having surgery done here in BVI is also more convenient and less expensive that say having it in St. Thomas or in Puerto Rico.
